PS3 Europe launch may be delayed again?
Europe has been really getting shafted in the console wars with constant delays, releases after other continents, and even the prices for the systems are becoming ridiculous.
Spanish gaming site MeriStation, is claiming that Ken Kutaragi stated that the launch date for the European community could end up being in May. This is mainly due to the fact that current Japanese and US launch problems and shortages would adversly affect the European launch also.
Sony is “categorically” denying that there are going to be further delays for their PS3. Sony crushing that spanish site’s credibility, one word at a time:
“We are still fully committed to a March 2007 launch date. Ken Kutaragi has not done any media briefings since the Tokyo Game Show, and the story is not true.”
