The guys at Engadget have a couple of Best Buy documents showing a $399 Playstation 3 with 40GB disk and Spiderman 3 (yes, Blu-ray) bundle with an "In Stock Date" of October 28. However, the more important "Street Date" field is unfortunately empty at the moment...

Sony's been saying that the consoles wouldn't be coming in large shipments, since they are not being flown in rather than boated in, and that it would be a smaller, though steadier stream of consoles; But an anonymous tipster writes that Best Buy's next big Playstation 3 shipment will be hitting on December 12.

Dozens of people camped out in front the Best Buy store on Nicholasville Road. They're hoping to get their hands on a Sony PlayStation 3 console. But the wait turned serious when someone drove by and fired shots at people waiting in line.
Four people were hit by the BB pellets, including 27 NEWSFIRST reporter Elizabeth Dorsett. She was interviewing someone in line at the time. None of them were seriously hurt.
Police came to the store to investigate. They're still looking for a suspect.

Some people are already camping out for the release of the PS3 in California! 3 of the most "hardcore" gamers are camped outside of Best Buy nine days early, waiting for their chance to purchase the next-gen system.
The dream of scoring a PS3 at retail seems less and less like reality as the days pass.

There is a Best Buy exclusive patches if you buy the game their stores. I'm not sure if it's available for brick-and-mortar stores only or not, but the patches looks really cool if you are into these promotional sort of thing.
I have a pretty decent computer, but when I ran the game, it took a long time to load. And then it sort of frozed. This is not good 
Anyway, I haven't even started playing the game yet, because I just downloaded the latest version of my video driver from Nvidia. Hopefully this will fix any problem I may have...
